2010 Seasons of Sharing |

It might feel a little early to be thinking about Christmas, but the children in our community need our help. In 2009, HAAM provided over 3,700 children with toys for Christmas. We are depending on the generosity of the churches, businesses, civic organizations and individuals to help make this happen again in 2010. HOW CAN YOU PARTNER WITH US FOR CHRISTMAS? START A NEW TRADITION! This is a great time to start a new tradition of donating a new, unwrapped toy to HAAM. Please remember our teens when doing your holiday shoping. We challenge everyone who donates a toy, to add a gift card for a teen this year. You can view a copy of our "toy and gift card suggestions" on the left panel of this page. MAKE IT A FAMILY PROJECT! Beginning Saturday, November 27th you can visit the HAAM Angel Tree at Deerbrook Mall. Angels can be selected from the tree; each angel will have a childs name and age printed on it; you purchase a gift for each angel and return it to the table. All gifts come back to HAAM for toy distribution. Some of the best gifts come from those selected by children themselves. The Angel Tree will be located on the lower level in front of Dillards. HOST A TOY DRIVE! As a individual, group or business we welcome your participation in hosting a toy drive. If you are interested, please contact our Resource Development Director for details. VOLUNTEER! Adult volunteers are needed for WEEKDAY hours during sort and sack, distribution and for the Angel Tree. If you are interested in volunteering please submit an email with your name, contact information and your availability to our Volunteer Coordinator. Toy donations are appreciated by Saturday, December 11th (by noon). They can be dropped off at HAAM Monday - Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
